The temperature in Gotham‘s at 13 degrees Fahrenheit. On my walk to snack hq this morning I passed through the frozen tundra that is today’s Union Square Greenmarket. There were a dozen vendors out braving the cold, but where were the crowds of the sustainable chic? It’s easy enough to jump on the barnyard bandwagon in August.
