If you want to be in the game, you have to be in the know. Easy enough in your own town, but to keep current on points afar, the blogs are a good place to start. I’ve been a fan of Sauté Wednesday by Bruce Cole (linkage on the right under snacking around) for some time now. He’s recently unplugged his blog to put all his meta energy into his magazine, Edible San Francisco, where he’s now editor and publisher. The magazine site is now live.
