Before we heave a collective sigh of relief now that the Michelin San Francisco results are in, know this: inspectors are already on the ground for the 2008 guides in SF and NYC and possibly the Windy City. It’s widely known that Michelin plans to roll out several US books. If I were the betting type, I’d say Chicago is up next.
